Obviously this should have happened over 5 years ago already so better late than never. The problem is there are just so many that need to go and you cannot replace the numbers required all at once. This is why this has to be long term and is no quick fix and why this is a tough assignment with no guarantees. Ten Haag knows this and I hope the fans don't expect trophies straight away.
That's it. The expectations of the fans can be distracting sometimes. I am not expecting a miracle from him next season. This team is really bad and he doesn't have the magic wand. It's a rebuilding process that would take time. They should let players go and get in a few that can help. He needs those he can trust that would "kill" on the pitch for him.
