5 Workout with the Ball

The workout was done at the field yesterday by all the footballers. This workout contains 3 sockets and 5 elements on each socket. This is one of the 3 sockets and we will release the next two sockets eventually. You can do this workout at home or anywhere, it requires 4 cones forming a square to create a boundary. As for the last two elements, juggling and masteries, we will release videos on how to juggle the ball if you don't know but we've released a couple of videos on masteries. Have a nice Sunday!
