Atletico Madrid are among the best in the Spanish league ranking. After winning successive wins, Atletico increased their lead in the standings.
When they hosted Valencia in the Spanish League, Atletico won full marks. On Monday (25/1/2021) in the morning WIB at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium (Estadio Wanda Metropolitano) joined the match, Los Colchoneros won 3-1.
After Uros Racic scored for Valencia in the 11th minute, Atletico Madrid fell behind first. However, the hosts then turned things around by scoring three goals through Joao Felix, Luis Suarez and Angel Correa.
This is the seventh time in a row Atletico Madrid have won the Spanish League. Diego Simeone's landing team are far from their opponents and are top of the Spanish league standings.
Atletico have now scored 47 points from 18 matches. They are seven points ahead of Real Madrid who are in second place and have participated in 19 matches.
Madrid itself also won the Spanish League title last weekend. On Wednesday (24/1/2021) morning WIB, Los Blancos won 4-1 at Alaves headquarters in La Coruña.
Karim Benzema scored two goals in that match. Eden Hazard also contributed one goal and one assist.
Barcelona follow behind with 37 points in 19 games and are third. After defeating Elche 2-0 on Sunday (24/1/2021), the Blaugrana are still in the top three of the Spanish League.
Next up are Sevilla, who move up to fourth with 36 points after beating Cadiz 3-0 on Saturday (23/1/2021).
