We need males to coach males. Females to coach females. Men can't handle both, why allow them to coach females whilst I had never seen a Woman Coaching Males.
We are fade up of double standards in this game. Now males have more options and opportunities, because if it does not work out for him in coaching boys, he comes for girls, meanwhile a female will not even be considered to be on the hot seat in Boys soccer.
