An English press report said today, Friday, that Borussia Dutmund renewed Manchester United's hopes of signing Jadon Sancho during the upcoming summer Mercato.
United tried to sign Sancho last summer, but Dortmund's exaggeration in its financial demands in order to keep the player stopped the negotiations.
According to the British newspaper "The Sun", Dortmund officials are open to selling Sancho next summer, at a time when Manchester United is still keen to return the player to the Premier League.
The newspaper pointed out that Dortmund prefers to keep the Norwegian Erling Haaland beyond this season, despite the presence of a clause in his contract that makes him available in the summer of 2022 for only 65 million pounds.
However, Dortmund is likely to leave Sancho next summer, with Haaland remaining for at least another season.
The newspaper concluded that Dortmund officials are ready to abandon Sancho, if they get a fee of 104 million pounds.
Haha - Haaland signed a very clever contract.
For Dortmund it ws a good deal too, cause they didn't could know that Haaland is a monster who strikes in another team like Salzburg with these performance. But i think BVB will make a new offer ;)
