I have no issue with his formation to be honest but more issues with the attitude of some of the players and of course, the terrible back passes.

Hopefully he can get them to give their all, even though I'm not convinced yet that they have turned that corner with their performances even under him.
Absolutely...they haven't turned the corner yet. They are still unsure and lacking in confidence to take team on. I am never too sure anytime we want to play anyone...even bottom teams.
Hopefully, Ralf can help steady the ship.
I hope he can and he looked like the type that won't be afraid to make big calls.
He sure looks like one.
