Hey football lovers, last night we witnessed the return of the UEFA champions league,
UEFA says a total of €300.3 million is to be shared amongst champions league clubs for the 2021/22 season depending on the nation's TV market.

Last night, The champions league was on full display and here is my review,
Club brugge vs Manchester city
Club brugge welcomed Manchester city to the Jan brendel stadium,
The citizens showed their superiority in this clash, They dominated for almost the entire duration of the match, imposing their will on their opponents and scoring for fun.
Joao cancelo scored after a one on one situation with the opposite goalkeeper Simon mignolet and Riyad mahrez scored from the spot to give them a 2 goal advantage going into the break,
Kyle Walker quickly added a third one after some excellent work from Kevin de bruyne and Cole palmer scored after coming on a substitute.
Hans vanakem managed to pull one back for the hosts.
Riyad mahrez scored the final goal of the night and gave the citizens a deserved 4 goal advantage over their opponents.
Paris saint Germain vs RB Leipzig
For group A final game of the night, Paris saint Germain hosted RB Leipzig at the parc de princes,
Paris saint Germain got their second consecutive win after beating RB Leipzig by a one goal advantage,
Kylian mbappe put Les parisiens in front benefiting from a counter attack,
Andre Silva quickly equalized for the visitors after angelino fired a shot in the box and found him in space,
Nordi mukiele put the Germans in front after the break through a cross from angelino,
Lionel Messi put himself on the score sheet as he found the back of the net to equalise, moments later Kylian mbappe was pushed in the box and Lionel Messi converted the penalty and gave les parisiens the lead,
Kylian mbappe missed a penalty as the match was in the final stages.
Atletico Madrid vs liverpool
The heavyweights of Group B collided,
It was a rain of goals in the first half as they both received 2 goals at both ends,
Of mohamed Salah was the first to open the scoring for the reds after some great skill,
Naby keita benefited from a poor clearance from Felipe and found the back of the net,
Antoine Griezmann scored two quick goals as they held liverpool to a draw at half time,

The first half ended in a goalless draw,

It was a shower of goals towards besiktas at the Vodafone park,

Fc sheriff shocked the footballing world when they beat Real Madrid earlier in the group games,
They are welcomed by internazionale to the San siro,
Edin dzeko put the Italian champions ahead after some hard work from Arturo Vidal,
Sebastian thill equalized for the visitors after the break,
Arturo Vidal and stefan de vrij got themselves on the scoresheet as they held a 2 goal advantage over their opponents.
**shakhtar Donetsk vs Real Madrid **
shakhtar Donetsk hosted real Madrid at the Stadio NSK olimpiyskiy,
Real Madrid showed their superiority and completely overwhelmed their opponents throughout the match,
Sergei kristov scored an own goal as it was the difference at half time,
Vinicius junior scored a brace and Karim benzema and rodrygo got themselves on the scoresheet as they held a 5 goal advantage over their opponents.

Yes the big part is enjoyed by UEFA but it caters for so many things.
