The United States women's basketball team demonstrated why they are ranked No. 1 in the world with yet another dominating performance. They advanced to the gold medal game at the Tokyo Olympics after defeating Serbia 79-59 in the semifinals, extending their remarkable Olympic winning streak to 54 games.

USA #10 Breanna Stewart too had her double double in the match, she scored 12 points with two free throws, a total of 10 rebounds, three assist and one blocked shots.
They led 26-12 after one quarter and, with the exception of a brief period in the second, had a double-digit lead the rest of the way. The game was out of hand for the whole second half, just to the quarterfinal versus Australia.

Serbia #12 Yvonne Anderson scored 15 points with one 3-pointers and 2/2 free throws, two rebounds, one assist and two steals.
On Saturday, Team USA will face Japan for a record-setting seventh consecutive gold medal.
