This season would go into the record book as one of the greatest seasons in the premier league.
Records were broken during this campaign season and also, records were set during this season.
Harry Kane became Tottenham's all-time goes scorer during this ending campaign season.
Erling Haaland broke and became the only player to score a total of 36 goals in a single premier league season.
In today's games,
Arsenal will take on Wolves at the Emirates Stadium for the 14th time in all competitions. The last time these two sides met was in the first leg which ended in a 0-2 win for the Gunners.
The Arsenal team will maintain their 2nd position on the table whether they win or lose whiles the Wolves could end their season at the 12 position only if they win the match against the Gunners.
Aston Villa will also take on Brighton at Villa Park for the 12th time in all competitions.
Their last game ended in a 2-2 draw at the home grounds of Brighton.
Aston Villa are hoping to secure European football next season and they can only do so by defeating Brighton. Aston Villa is currently in the 7th position on the table whiles Brighton is in the 6th position.
The Brighton team was able to secure their spot in the Europa League after their 1-1 draw against Manchester City.
We also have another interesting Match coming our way. It is a match between Brentford against Manchester City at the Gtech Community Stadium, the home grounds of the Brentford teams. The Brentford team is also hoping to secure a spot in the Europa Conference league next season and in other to do so, they would have to defeat Manchester City and hope that Aston Villa loses to Brighton.
The Manchester City team was crowned champions last week as they lift the title for the 3rd time in a row.
Today's game marks the 4th time these two sides meet and the last time they met, it ended in a 2-1 win for Brentford which makes it even more difficult for them. This is because the Manchester City team will try to avoid a home and away defeat.
Chelsea's disastrous season finally comes to an end as takes on Newcastle United at the Stamford Bridge Stadium. A defeat today will make it 3 straight defeats in a row. The Newcastle team is hoping to secure the 3rd position and they can only do so by beating Chelsea.
This will be the 26th time these two sides are meeting.
Crystal Palace also takes on Nottingham Forest at Selhurst Park. Both teams are off the relegation zone and today's meeting will be the 9th time.
It’s a relegation battle for Everton as they take on Bournemouth. Everton is just 2 points out of the relegation zone and a win-tie draw today will keep them in the premier league. Today's meeting marks the 12 times these two sides will be meeting.
Leeds hosts Tottenham. The match between these two sides is going to be tough. A win for Leeds today will see them off the relegation zones but if they win and Everton draws or win they still get relegated. Their only prayer is to win and Everton loses.
Tottenham on the other hand are also looking for a win to give them a spot in the Europa Conference league. They are currently in the 8th position. Just a point away from Aston Villa who are also looking to seal a spot. Tottenham's only prayer is for them to win and for Aston Villa to lose to boost their chance.
It is another relegation battle for Leicester City as they take on West Ham at their home grounds. The Leicester City team hasn’t been in good form this season and is currently in 18th position. A loss or draw today will get them relegated which means the Leicester City team is only looking for a win. But if they win and Everton to wins, they will still be relegated. So their prayer is to win and Everton loses.
Manchester United hosts Fulham at Old Trafford in the showdown. Manchester United are currently in the 3rd position on the league table and is hoping to maintain their position, they can only do so by beating Fulham. The last time they met was in the FA Cup which ended in a 3-1 win for Manchester United.
The confirmed relegated team, Southampton hosts Liverpool at the St Mary’s Stadium. Whether the Southampton team wins or draws, they still get relegated. Liverpool was denied a top 4 spot by Manchester United and Newcastle United as there are 4 and 6 points clear from Liverpool. They are currently in the 5th position.

Well... The Premiership has come to an end. A season that left us with Arsenal's late collapse, City's tri-championship, Liverpool's instability, Tottenham once again failing to rise to the occasion and a fiery bottom of the table with those relegated to the Championship.
That’s right. We had such an interesting season and hopefully next season will be much more exciting
oh man! I'm kinda sad, you know. I wanted Coventry at Premier...
Oh really, well I guess they will have to try hard next season which isn’t going to be easy.
