Let's see. Rossouw had a difficult IPL 2023. I don't think he's well suited to slower/lower pitches. I think he's probably back-up for Bairstow and Livingstone. They'll be hoping for much more that they got from Rabada last year and Bairstow wasn't available at all in 2023
