Mountain biking is an extreme sport, one must have great guts to take part in mountain biking.

But if someone already has a high skill how to ride a bike in a mountainous area maybe the risk will be more.

If you want to get into a mountain bike community, especially you have to prepare your guts and must have a social spirit within you.
