But that's bad for fans don't you think?
Absolutely! Without a doubt. What they should be doing is perhaps do what Ajax does. They have a famed academy and acknowledge that players will want to play for bigger clubs. But they end up reinvesting their money back into their facilities and their academy so they end up getting a continual cycle of superstars
And Ajax win trophies a lot too.
