It must always come from a chelsea fan , not surprised

Yep, I'm sure Leeds fans will feel the same, perhaps even more stronger than Chelsea fans

They will never allow my club rest. Although you gave your reasons for the hate, it is allowed.

A great read.

As a Saints fan I've often lamented over the numerous drubbings that Man Utd have handed down to my team over the years, including a 9-0 result in 2020/21...ouch that smarts.

But there's always a bright side to be had - last season we drew both matches, mind you we all know Man U were total rubbish last year - and hoorah for that. But three of my favourite wins against the "mighty" Reds were - the FA Cup Final 1976, a 1-0 win, then there was the grey kit debacle in 1995/96, 3-1 Saints, and finally thumping them 6-3 six months later, and a week after they'd lost to Newcastle 5-0. Fergie must have apoplectic after those two results...lol. Happy Days indeed.

"When the Saints go marching in". Great club. I remember Southampton mostly for James Beattie. Criminally underrated striker! Le Tissier was a bit before my days.

Did you ever get to the Dell back in the day?

Yeah, managed to get in about a dozen games a season until i moved to London, then less often. Loved how away teams always said they hated playing there as it was so compact and the crowd so close to the pitch - very intimidating atmosphere back then. Both great players, Tiss we called Le God, his vision for a pass was brilliant, and scored some cracking goals too. Beattie was also a firm fan favourite always putting in a great effort every game and a scored a lot. Neither got the international recognition they deserved unfortunately.

Chelsea fans, arsenal fans, Liverpool fans, all in the same boat. I can imagine how happy you all are at the club's current misery

After 26 years of Sir Alex Ferguson we are going to enjoy every minute of it 😀

My only fear is that the owners seem so clueless that they seem bent on taking the team through a 26 year barren run
