Howdy community, I finally completed the replacement of the gears of the window lifts of the doors of my car, in my previous publication here in the community I said that I hadn't done it yet because first I had to investigate if it was possible to eliminate the option of automatic ascent of the windows when I activate the alarm, since that applies force on the gear even if the windows are already up.

Que tal comunidad, finalmente complete el reemplazo de los engranajes de los elevavidrio de las puertas de mi carro, en mi publicación anterior aca en la comunidad contaba que no lo había realizado todavía debido a que primero debía investigar si era posible eliminar la opción de subida automática de los vidrios cuando acciono la alarma, ya que eso aplica fuerza sobre el engranaje aún estando ya los vidrios arriba.
This measure was intended to extend the life of these gears, since getting them individually was almost impossible, I had to buy the complete mechanism, however, in a repair store of these mechanisms had them alone. After making several tests and verifying the manual, I managed to eliminate the automatic ascent but the door locks didn't go down, this because the action wasn't isolated with a relay or fuse, even the immobilizer module was activated.
Esta medida tenía como fin alargar la vida util de estos engranajes, ya que conseguirlos de forma individual fue casi que imposible, tenía que comprar el mecanismo completo, sin embargo, en una tienda de reparación de estos mecanismos los tenían solos. Luego de hacer varias pruebas y de verificar el manual, lograba eliminar la subida automática pero los seguros de las puertas no bajaban, esto debido a que la acción no estaba aislada con algún rele o fusible, incluso se activaba el modulo del inmovilizador.
I ended up leaving things as they were, in the end it is designed to operate in this way, I think I will have to buy other gears later to have them as spare parts trusting that these will last longer. As for the replacement process is nothing to worry about, the tedious part is to remove the door covers and a series of nuts to remove the mechanism and be able to work it outside, that even involves removing the glass from each window.
Termine por dejar las cosas como estaban, al final esta diseñado para operar de esta manera, creo que me tocará comprar mas adelante otros engranajes para tenerlos como repuestos confiando en que estos duren mas tiempo. En cuanto al proceso de reemplazo no es nada del otro mundo, lo tediosos es quitar los cubre puertas y una serie de tuercas para poder sacar el mecanismo y poder trabajarlo afuera, eso implica incluso sacar el vidrio de cada ventana.
It is impressive that only a few teeth that lost both gears made it impossible for the system to operate completely, besides not being able to leave the car alone anywhere because of the insecurity, since with the forces of the hands it was possible to lower the window because it doesn't offer resistance due to the spaces without teeth in the gears. It was also annoying to have to raise the glass with the help of the hands, but it was necessary because not having air conditioning had to lower them obligatorily.
Es impresionante que solo unos pocos dientes que perdieron ambos engranajes hacían imposible que el sistema operar completamente, además de no poder dejar el carro solo en cualquier lugar por lo inseguro, ya que con la fuerzas de las manos era posible bajar el vidrio porque este sedia debido a los espacios sin diente en los engranajes. También era molesto tener que subir el vidrio ayudado con las manos, pero era necesario porque al no tener aire acondicionado debía bajarlos obligatoriamente.
Once the mechanism is out of the door, the replacement is simple, just remove a small plate that covers the bearings that is only attached to the motor housing by three folds that can be lifted with a screwdriver without much resistance. Then you only have to remove the central shaft seal and take out the gear, which has inside a rubber piece next to a metal one that serves as an anchor.
Ya teniendo el mecanismo fuera de la puerta el reemplazo es sencillo, solo hay que quitar una pequeña chapa que cubre los rodamientos que solo se sujeta a la carcaza del motor por tres dobleces que se pueden levantar con un destornillador sin mucha resistencia. Luego solo hay que quitar el retén del eje central y se saca el engranaje, que tiene en su interior una pieza de goma junto a una metálica que hace la función de anclaje.
Once both gears were in place I went on to mount both mechanisms on the doors again and test them and everything worked very well, with the exception of not being able to remove the automatic raising action with the activation of the alarm. But I'm very happy and so is my family, now we don't suffer from heat because they can be lowered and raised without problems as you can see below.
Una vez colocados ambos engranajes pase al montaje en puertas nuevamente de ambos mecanismos y a su posterior prueba y todo funcionó muy bien, con excepción de no poder quitar la acción de subida automática con la activación de la alarma. Pero estoy muy feliz y mi familia también, ahora no padecemos de calor porque se pueden bajar y subir sin problemas como ven a continuación.

Hola, Daniel oye que bueno que pudiste arreglar el sistema, hay que tener paciencia jeje, y no sabia que se pueden comprar esas partes para reparar las ventanas de subir y bajar, que chevere que lo lograste, saludos
Que tal Josué, oye si conseguirlos solo fue toda una odisea, en la publicación anterior contaba que gracias a las redes sociales encontré un taller de reparaciones de estos mecanismos y me vendieron los dos engranajes, quizás sobrantes de sus reparaciones, lo bueno es que me ahorre mucho dinero al no tener que comprar todo el sistema.
Hola, que bien que arreglaste el sistema de los vidrios eléctricos, yo tengo el mismo problema pero no consigo los engranajes individualmente, sino todo el sistema. El único que me funciona es el de la puerta del copiloto.
