Hola comunidad ❤️ hoy les comparto una nueva ronda del concurso organizado por el equipo de OCD y me complace participar ahora en la comunidad de hivemotors, un mundo en dónde no estoy muy familiarizada pero igual me llama la atención contar una anécdota en dónde ellos proponen como idea principal "una mala experiencia" con algún mecánico o servicio técnico.
Puede ser complejo en algunas ocasiones buscar a la persona correcta que nos ayude en éstas incómodas situaciones, me incluyo y creo que a muchos ya nos a pasado, y tampoco nos salvamos de ser víctimas de una estafa, robo, o inconformidad por el servicio realizado. La pequeña historia que les compartiré a continuación la resumí en una simple frase titulada "un licuado de problemas", me imagino que ya sabrán un poco de que tratará el asunto.
Hello community ❤️ today I share with you a new round of the contest organized by the team of OCD and I am pleased to participate now in the community of hivemotors, a world where I am not very familiar but it still calls my attention to tell an anecdote where they propose as main idea "a bad experience" with a mechanic or technical service.
It can be complex sometimes to look for the right person to help us in these uncomfortable situations, I include myself and I think that many of us have already been there, and we are not saved from being victims of a scam, theft, or dissatisfaction with the service provided. The little story that I will share below is summarized in a simple sentence titled "a smoothie of problems", I guess you already know a little of what it is about.
Para empezar les confieso que en mi casa nos encanta tomar jugos de todas las frutas y sabores posibles, así que casi todos los días por encenderlo constantemente, tenemos problemas con ese electrodoméstico, la licuadora es algo que no nos puede faltar en la cocina porque lo usamos muy seguido para complementar la comida además de preparar cafés al estilo gourmet que quedan muy deliciosos, realmente cuando se estropea y falla nos desesperamos y nos hace mucha falta.
To begin with I confess that in my house we love to drink juices of all possible fruits and flavors, so almost every day to turn it on constantly, we have problems with that appliance, the blender is something that we can not miss in the kitchen because we use it very often to complement the food in addition to preparing gourmet style coffees that are very delicious, really when it breaks down and fails we despair and we need it very much.
Aquí entra el tema principal, el momento de llamar al técnico para que la revise...y pues en ese aspecto nunca teníamos suerte porque siempre la licuadora quedaba con algún detalle de piezas faltantes, un sonido raro o detalles físicos que no estaban cuando le entregamos el electrodoméstico. Nuestra licuadora es de marca Geda y fue un regalo de mi abuela a mi madre en una de sus visitas a la ciudad, así que para mí familia tienen un valor sentimental muy especial, y cuando fallaba tratabamos en lo posible por salvarla.
Here comes the main issue, the time to call the technician to check it...and in that aspect we were never lucky because the blender always had some missing parts, a strange sound or physical details that were not there when we delivered the appliance. Our blender is a Geda brand and it was a gift from my grandmother to my mother in one of her visits to the city, so for my family it has a very special sentimental value, and when it failed we tried as much as possible to save it.
Lo más gracioso que nos pasó un día mientras estábamos licuando frutas congeladas, fue cuando se desprendió una de las cuchillas y nos quedamos con el jugo a la mitad 😅, otra cosa que nos sucedió fue que el aro porta cuchilla se quebró provocando una fuga de los líquidos que preparábamos, una vez que la intentamos encender y no lo hacía, y como olvidar la vez que se rompió el vaso de vidrio por ya tener una fisura anteriormente, en fin! Muchos malos momentos vividos con los técnicos reparadores que buscaba mi papá en dónde siempre quedaba pendiente algo malo.
The funniest thing that happened to us one day while we were blending frozen fruits, was when one of the blades came off and we were left with half the juice 😅, another thing that happened to us was that the blade holder ring broke causing a leakage of the liquids we were preparing, once we tried to turn it on and it wouldn't do it, and how can we forget the time when the glass glass broke because it had a crack before, in short! Many bad moments lived with the repair technicians that my dad was looking for where something bad was always pending.
Primero compramos y reemplazamos todas las piezas rotas, e intentamos contactar con otros técnicos, pero nunca teníamos suerte en repararla satisfactoriamente, porque con algo deficiente quedaba. Mi papá viendo el problema también trató de reparar y quedaba peor 😅, así que finalmente decidimos buscar una licuadora nueva.
First we bought and replaced all the broken parts, and tried to contact other technicians, but we never had any luck in repairing it satisfactorily, because with something deficient it was left. My dad seeing the problem also tried to repair and it was worse 😅 so we finally decided to look for a new blender.
Cómo son bastante costosas duramos mucho tiempo reuniendo, mientras seguíamos recuperando lo que quedaba de la licuadora. Finalmente el día de la renovación llegó y compramos la licuadora, desde entonces no hemos tenido más problemas, aprendiendo que no nos debe importar sentir algún afecto por lo material, debemos entender que todo tiene su tiempo de vida y debe ser cambiado por algo nuevo, moderno y mejor...aunque nos cueste aceptarlo es lo que hay que hacer para no volver a vivir con la experiencia de los malos servicios de algunos técnicos reparadores.
As they are quite expensive we lasted a long time collecting, while we kept recovering what was left of the blender. Finally the day of the renovation came and we bought the blender, since then we have had no more problems, learning that we should not mind feeling some affection for the material, we must understand that everything has its life time and must be changed for something new, modern and better... although it is hard to accept it is what we have to do to not live again with the experience of the bad services of some repair technicians.
