I began to take out the cartridges and clean the contacts on the reel where the cartridges go. These were quite affected especially where the damaged color cartridge goes.
Limpié lo mejor que pude el carrete, pero fue totalmente inútil el cartucho de color no era reconocido y el cartucho negro lo reconocía con bastante dificultad, decidí llamar a un amigo que tiene aún taller de reparación de impresoras y casualmente me comentó que tenía un carrete, me lo vendió por 10 dólares y lo que hice fue reemplazarlo de esta manera ya solamente quedaba la reparación del cartucho de color o comprar uno nuevo.
I cleaned the reel as best I could, but it was totally useless, the color cartridge was not recognized and the black cartridge was recognized with quite some difficulty. Decidí repararlo, simplemente se usa el extractor de tinta, un poco de disolvente y la máquina de ultrasonido que me la prestó mi amigo, la tuve que llevar para su taller para colocar el cartucho en esta máquina, una vez corregida la falla de este cartuchón procedí a montar los cartuchos y probar el equipo, primero me daba unos colores bastante tenues pero luego fui aplicando limpieza de cabezal con el software HP y afortunadamente cada vez iba imprimiendo un poco mejor aún el cartucho de color no está al 100% parece que los colores están contaminados, pero con el pasar del tiempo cuando sigas recargando este cartucho este problema ya debería de solucionarse, por el momento ya cuento con una impresora que está totalmente funcional.

For the moment, I already have a printer that is fully functional.
