Hi friends from Hive Motors, they recently brought us this Chevrolet Silverado to correct some paint details.
El cliente solo quería corregir unos detalles , un golpe en la parte superior del guarda fango del lado del copiloto, unos rayones en el cajón por los buches, un golpe entre la puerta del copiloto y el parachoque.
The client only wanted to correct some details, a bump on the top of the mudguard on the passenger side, some scratches on the drawer by the bumps, a bump between the passenger door and the bumper, and a bump between the passenger door and the bumper.
Así que inmediatamente empezamos a corregir los detalles, algunos se corrigen con plástico (masilla) o otros con ayuda de un latonero para poder sacar bien los golpes.
So we immediately started to correct the details, some are corrected with plastic (putty) or others with the help of a brass fitter to be able to remove the bumps well.
Tratamos de corregir bien los detalles para no utilizar mucho plástico ya que si se le echa demasiada masilla se puede cuartear y no es lo que queremos.

Una ves teniendo los detalles bien sacados procedemos a empapelar bien para que no se manchen las demás piezas.

Después de empapelar procedemos a aplicar el fondo.

Después de la aplicación del fondo se procede a pintar las partes negras como el parachoque y el frontal.

Ya teniendo esas partes pintadas, se empieza a pintar las demás partes de la camioneta.
Once these parts have been painted, we start painting the other parts of the truck.
Ya teniendo todas las partes bien pintadas, se le aplica el transparente, osea el acabado final.
Once all the parts are well painted, the clear coat is applied, i.e. the final finish.
Ya aquí les muestro el resultado final, el fruto de un buen trabajo en equipo.

Luego de varias horas de trabajo, el resultado fue el querido y el cliente satisfecho y por mi parte aún más porque el hacer lo que ha uno le gusta y hacerlo bien es muy gratificante, bueno amigos de mi querida comunidad de Hive Motors espero les guste.
