Greetings engine fanatics. On March 19, 2021 this community was born with the purpose that those of us who live day by day close to an engine or mechanics could make life here and also all those who have something that has an engine.
Since then, we have not made any update, so this is the first time we do it and we want to improve some things, so it is important that you read all this publication and find out about some improvements or changes that we will make.
In our description it says we accept:
Engines - General Mechanics - Engineering - Diesel - Refining - Parts Manufacturing - Motorcycles - Household Appliances.
We include: Maintenance of mechanical equipment, domestic appliances, maintenance of vehicles and motorbikes. However we will now also include:
-Vehicle Work on Brasswork and Painting: In this particular case, it must be carried out by you or to your vehicle. Not on a third party vehicle carried out by someone else.
-Electrical and Home Electrical or Electrical Wiring: Again, experience in work carried out by you or to a vehicle you own, carried out at your home.
-Welding work: Manufacture of parts, welding in general and well done. Blacksmith work.
-Bicycle Maintenance and Repair: In this case, not cycling, for that there are sporting communities and although bicycles do not have an engine, it also has mechanical parts that make it work.
As in every community, in Hive Motors we have rules of coexistence, which are easy to follow and we attach some others:

For the step by step you share with us we want to see photos of yours of it, show us how you did it.
We accept pictures as a reference for experiences or anecdotes, but your own pictures always add quality:
We know that sometimes when we want to explain something we don't have certain images, that's why we allow images as reference, for explanations or examples.
▪︎Language: English and/or native language:
We believe it is well explained. We only accept publications in English or bilingual.
▪︎No discrimination or hate speech:
Being kind and grateful certainly opens doors.

▪︎Minimum of 350 words:
To maintain standards and also because we know that there is always a lot to say when it comes to an experience or repair, we ask for a minimum of 350 words, counting in one language only. This means that if your publication is bilingual, it must be more than twice that amount in words.
▪︎Videos preferably uploaded from 3speak, in English or with English subtitles if you speak another language.
We introduce a new member of the Hive Motors team and thank another one that although he has been a bit absent he will continue to be present.
First we thank @jesustiano for his support for months in the community, as a commented moderator, he is still part of the community as a commenting member, but some family issues have kept him away, we hope they will be solved soon.
And we welcome as moderator @danielcarrerag who will be working hand in hand with the Hive Motors team to take this community forward, also creating and contributing new ideas. Daniel Carrera has been an active and committed member of the community and we believe he will be a good moderator.
Remember that mechanics is the engine that moves the world and you don't need to be a master mechanic or a professional in the subject to be able to write here. Every experience, every process and anecdotes are welcome, just make sure you follow the rules and make community, that is, interact with other users who also make life in Hive Motors.
Saludos Fanáticos de los motores. El 19 de Marzo del 2021 nació esta comunidad con la finalidad de que aquellos que vivimos el día a día cerca de un motor o la mecánica pudiéramos hacer vida aquí y así también todos aquellos que contarán con algo que tuviera un motor.
Desde entonces, no hemos realizado ninguna actualización, así que está es la primera vez que lo hacemos y queremos mejorar algunas cosas, por ello es importante que lea toda esta publicación y se entere de algunas mejoras o cambios que haremos.
En nuestra descripción dice que aceptamos:
Motores - Mecánica General - Ingeniería - Diésel - Refinación - Fabricación de Piezas - Motocicletas - Electrodomésticos.
Incluimos: Mantenimiento de equipos mecánicos, electrodomésticos, mantenimiento de vehículos y motocicletas. Sin embargo ahora también incluiremos:
•Trabajos en Vehículos de latonería y Pintura: En este caso en particular, debe ser realizado por usted o a su vehículo. No en un vehículo de un tercero realizado por otro.
•Electroauto y Electricidad de casa o cableado eléctrico: Nuevamente, experiencia en trabajos realizados por ustedes o a un vehículo de su propiedad, realizado en su casa.
•Trabajos de Soldadura: Fabricación de Piezas, soldadura en general y bien realizada. Trabajos de Herrería.
•Mantenimiento y Reparación de Bicicleta: En este caso, no ciclismo, para ello existen comunidades deportivas y aunque las bicicletas no tengan un motor, también tiene partes mecánicas que hacen de ella su funcionamiento.
Como en toda comunidad, en Hive Motors tenemos reglas de convivencia, las cuales son fáciles de seguir y anexamos algunas otras:
▪︎Contenido Original/No Plagio:
Nada mejor que escribir tu propio contenido, contar tu experiencia, seas o no mecánico o experto en la materia, valoramos contenido único y no copias. Si es de un trabajo realizado en tu vehículo, electrodomésticos o casa, puedes hablar en cuanto a tu experiencia, gastos y reparación, sin necesidad de plagiar o copiar cosas de web.
▪︎ Para los procesos, fotos propias, esto es obligatorio:
Para el paso a paso que nos compartes queremos ver fotos tuyas del mismo, muéstranos como lo hiciste.
▪︎Aceptamos imágenes como referencia para experiencias o anécdotas, pero las propias siempre suman calidad:
Sabemos que a veces cuando queremos explicar algo no tenemos ciertas imágenes, por eso permitimos imágenes como referencia, para explicaciones o ejemplos.
▪︎Idioma: Inglés y/o idioma nativo:
Creemos que está bien explicado. Solo aceptamos publicaciones en inglés o bilingües.
▪︎No a la discriminación ni al discurso de odio:
Ser amables y agradecidos sin duda nos abre puertas.

▪︎Mínimo de palabras 350:
Para mantener los estándares y además porque sabemos que siempre hay mucho que decir cuando de una experiencia o reparación se trata, pedimos como mínimo 350 palabras, contando en un solo idioma. Es decir que si tú publicación es bilingüe, está debe superar el doble de esa cantidad en palabras.
▪︎Videos preferiblemente subidos desde 3speak, en inglés o con subtítulos en inglés si hablas otro idioma.
