Acá sacamos la punta que sujeta el muñon de abajo el tripoide el terminal y el amortiguador, el gran sonido que tenia este vehĂculo en la parte de adelante del copiloto era que el agujero donde va el muñon estaba muy ancho me imagino que anteriormente lo dejaron flojo y dio mucho golpe que diĂł como resultado que la pieza se anchara y provocará sonido al pasar un muro o en desperfectos de la vĂa. Con el esmeril y un disco ultrafino le abrimos un poco la ranura y sacamos el muñon afuera, lo montamos en la base apretamos y tampoco dio resultado

Tuvimos que ponerle unos puntos de soldadura para rellenar el orificio donde va el muñón y luego con una Lima quitar el excedente para que pudiera entrar el muñon como debe ser. Ya con el muñon montado en la pieza base apretamos el tornilo con una llave 15 de ambos extremos para después ser montado en la meseta de este fiesta power.

Great post! Few mechanics these days will go through the trouble of fabricating a repair, as you did here. Most would have just charged for a whole new steering knuckle, and new ball joints!
