Tengo tiempo reuniendo para comprarme una moto 2025 pero esta me gusta bastante y mi esposa no quiere que la vendamos entonces ella con unos ahorros qué tenía de hbd me dijo que arreglaramos el motor, y fue una excelente idea, así que nos pusimos manos a la obra, llamamos a un amigo que anteriormente ya la había arreglado y fue el quien se encargó de todo y yo solo lo ayude, por que yo de verdad que no se mucho de mecánica, pero todos los días se aprende algo nuevo y hoy fue un día para aprender.

Empezamos esta reparación quitando el tapón del aceite para sacarle el lubricante, ya que vamos a desarmarlo completo para así ver los daños que tiene por el desgaste, es importante decirles que es un motor que ya le paso su tiempo de vida útil, pues tenía 3 años sin destaparlo es una moto de guardia vieja del año 2013 se caracterizan por su buen rendimiento y desempeño.

Luego desacoplamos el motor del cuadro de la moto para desarmarlo pieza por pieza, quitamos la cámara, el cilindro, las tapas laterales, y los tornillos centrales para destapar el cárter para revisar el cigueñal, árbol de leva y caja de cambios.
Then we uncoupled the engine from the frame of the bike to disassemble it piece by piece, removed the cam, cylinder, side covers, and center bolts to uncover the crankcase to check the crankshaft, camshaft and gearbox.
Al destapar el motor nos dimos cuenta que tenía muchas averías por el desgaste, estaba dañada la caja de cambio, el árbol de levas, desgaste en las pastas de embrague o croche, también tenía un poco de desgaste en el contra peso del motor, ya que teníamos los recurso y las ganas le compramos todas las piezas nuevas para reemplazar las dañadas.
When we uncovered the engine we realized that it had many faults due to wear, the gearbox was damaged, the camshaft, wear in the clutch pastes or croche, it also had some wear in the counterweight of the engine, since we had the resources and the desire we bought all the new parts to replace the damaged ones.
Antes de volver armar el motor con las piezas nuevas, realizamos una limpieza al cárter del motor con gasolina para descotaminar las piezas para que este bien limpio al armarlo.
Before reassembling the engine with the new parts, we clean the engine crankcase with gasoline to decontaminate the parts so that it is clean when reassembled.
Ya con las piezas limpias empezamos a a armar de nuevo, les cuento que solo duramos dos días en tenerlo en óptimas condiciones para el trabajo ya que es una moto que se utiliza para hacer delivery en la app de Yummy.
Once the parts were cleaned, we started to assemble it again. It only took us two days to have it in optimal conditions for the job, since it is a motorcycle used for delivery in the Yummy app.
