Hello everybody, for our third and last bike of the week there is a 2021 V-strom 650xt,my personal bike,which needs immediately a skid plate because it is being used a lot off road and needs protection of the exhuast pipe and the crankcase. A brand new suzuki skid plate with its hardware and a set of protective stickers for the clutch cover arrived and i was to excited to install them on my bike.
The process needed some time,about 1 hour and something,because you need to remove a lot of parts to install the rear skid plates bracket.The hardest part was to remove to two bolts that hold the side stand base, there was to little space for the torque wrench to click more than one time and the bolts were loctited so their removal was a little bit hard.
It was time to tighten down everything again and start to personilize my bike a little bit more by adding the cluch cover stickers and of course one of the brand new garage stickers.
I really like the way the new parts fit on my bike and i feel more confident about getting it off road in rought terrains in the first chance i'll get. Thank you all for reading and support. Wish you best.
