Howdy guys, its been over a month since the last update - let's get back in touch with how everything is going with LABFUND and ARMERO tokens.
Our strategies have been dominating the game, and my iron grip on dCity governance has coincided with conditions that we do very well in. Mostly these conditions are the minimum amount of SIM printing as possible, so we are also supporting a slowing of the inflation while some new developments can take place.
Our overall power is growing in governance terms, but @superlab, account of LABFUND, isn't focused on this.
LABFUND is winding down
So @superlab is a really interesting city, and you might have to understand dCity to understand it. It is receiving a pretty reasonable cashflow for being on the income richlist, even though what it specializes in: War Shares, are producing at their absolute minimum right now.
@superlab's NFT collection is full of unique gems and rare citizens, and it has, for example, 11 Retirement homes, one of the rarest pieces in the game.
The city value estimate is hard to know, and often fluctuates wildly as rare cards go without an offer and thus have 0 registered value. This rarity means it is hard to value and would likely be complicated to sell, especially in a pinch.
I mean, what is a full graveyard worth, with 100 tax rebate? I don't think anyone else has one yet 🤔
We have caught up on past deals, and are setting a floor again on the citizen market. In early April all LABFUND holders got 0.2 ARMERO per LABFUND sent to their wallet. I do not know when the next bunch will be - time and chance will tell.
@superlab is also buying back LABFUND tokens at 1.2 - if we use 28M SIM and 7311 circulating supply we get a 1.206 ABV in HIVE terms. Feel free to sell your tokens back, we are winding down.
But winding down doesn't mean dead - time will tell, if you want to be patient and speculate on rare nft's and future market conditions, be my guest and hodl on. In the last 6 months this token has paid out more than we put in, mostly in ARMERO tokens, and now a 1.2 HIVE buy back, 20% more than the original 1 HIVE investment. I think that this is a good time to take a celebratory lap (and stop counting).

What about ARMERO?
@armero and @armero2 continue to perform very well. The next step, beating out steemshiro with @armero2, will still take several thousand more sick citizens. But we continue to grow, slowly, time will tell if it will take us 6 months or 1, but it is inevitable.
@armero also continues to grow its SIM Power governance stake (and rewards!) through the SIM:Swap.HIVE LP. This will continue to grow over time until likely @armero will become the most powerful account in the game - we will see how long that takes.
For now we are 13th in the pool richlist.
There has been some action in the token market lately, which is nice to see, tokens changing hands, new people coming in, old holders taking profits - stay savvy as always and feel free to use buy orders (offers) because asynchronous 'order book' trading follows specific rules.

The labfund might be winding down but I think I'll just stick to holding the tokens. I am not really in a rush for funds and I can always sell later in the future if I need to then. Thanks for the armero dividends.
