at this moment I would prefer the 16 hive, the market price for these items has increased in SIM terms.

park - 350 sim * 75 = 26250
art 13 - 925 sim = 12025
nuclear 4 - 1050 sim - 4200
police 1 - 4777 sim - 4777
cold fusion tech 1 - 450 sim

For a total of 47702 sim - at todays price of 0.00038 hive per sim, this works out to be about 18 hive without any slippage on the market prices.
