This plan will not stop the price of SIM to lower, but, might bring more players. From my view...
There are too many implications for SIM to drop... and because I want to recover my SIM (cheap LOL)... I am going to bet on cheap SIM, and let the ones that want to dump SIM, to dump it on me!
I like the support dedicated to players... and that's mainly where my support will go.

My main goal is to support new players and smaller cities, the giants have to be able to reap some rewards so there is a delicate balance to be found. As my father (right wing) said to me (Left wing) … “You Lefties drive the country to the ground and then we right wingers have to take over”. I consider he current president to represent the right and myself the left, so let’s see if my socialist reforms drive the economy to the ground or if I will do what most politicians fail so well at, find a middle ground.

Yep, I think you are on the right track. Play with other settings too, sometimes they push movements by big players that actually benefit the smaller ones. 😅 I have tested a few...
