Is there any difference in the rarity of the stable besides the additional room for animals? The prices for several common stables are way cheaper than for rare or epic.

The only difference is in the number of slots so it is more convenient to buy common type stables.
The area for NFTs is limited and those who have many animals have to buy rare or epic stables.
