I already said this before and will say it again: promoting comments in Hive is a incredibly good initiative. As people usually doesn't upvote comments (or upvotes with a very low % voting power), the community usually doesn't engage and don't write actually useful comments.
But it's on the comments that the most important stuff usually happens; it's like opening a Reddit Post: the most useful information is on the comments, not on the post itself.
