Glad to hear that you managed to turn a profit! Owning land has to feel good - I think as the game grows, its value will skyrocket, while you can also reap profits - either from working your land, or simply renting it out!

I think so too, plus currently you can grant in-game scholarships by delegating lands for a specific time, this is something I forgot to mention in the post but it's very cool.
