Hoy día dedico la mayor parte del tiempo para mí. Hago ejercicios de cualquier tipo, al aire libre, voy al gimnasio, entreno con mi hijo y mi nieta, asisto a terapias emocionales, hago biodanza y comparto socialmente.

In previous years I kept myself busy and unconcerned about myself. Between taking care of the children, the husband, then the grandchildren, work, etc., I stopped doing things for myself.

Mi felicidad está por encima de cualquier cosa. No me arrepiento de lo ocupada que estuve atendiendo variados asuntos, eso quedó en el pasado. Si antes, había desatendido mi vida, ahora la atiendo, la consiento, la llendo de alegría, energía y vitalidad.

My happiness is above anything else. I do not regret how busy I was attending to various matters, that is in the past. If before, I had neglected my life, now I take care of it, I pamper it, I fill it with joy, energy and vitality.

Como dice la cancion a lo pasado, pasado amiga @belkisa758, hay que ver la vida de otro modo, dedicarnos un poco tiempo para disfrutar y hacer lo que queremos: caminar, hacer ejercicios, leer un libro; tantas cosas que podemos hacerq ue nos llen de satifaciones.Sin estar pendiente de tantas cosas que no nos llevan a nada,
