I always aspire to maintain this virtue called inner peace within me because it helps to relax my mind, to become mindful, and be productive. Everyone should experience this inner peace because as a human being, we go through a lot daily from Friends, families, strangers, at workplace, with our careers and so on, to be able to navigate through this life without being mentally stressed and totally drained you have to develop something or an habit that lets you stay focused and peaceful at the same time.

People have fallen victims of stress and mental imbalance because they have refused to balance their life and work rather they put more attention on achieving success, progress or fame rather than experiencing what would help them to feel calm even in a chaotic world.

Like they say, different strokes for different folks. By this, what I mean is that there are different habits people employ to find peace within themselves, this is so because finding that peace is a requirement that is necessary to feel quiet and calm inside of you.

At some point in life one needs to dissociate from the world entirely and this can be by taking a vacation, a natural walk, quiet mornings, mindfulness, letting go, creativity, setting boundaries and so on. All these aforementioned will help the individual be at peace within themselves because they involve maintaining a balance between their emotions and mental state.

Quiet mornings are one of the best ways for me to find inner peace, most times I love to wake up early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. and I just connect with nature by sitting outside and incorporating The Fresh Morning air and the quietness that comes with it. This moment is so precious that it allows you to feel calm and experience peace reign all over you body, soul and spirit.

Most times, you just allow your mind to wonder in the space of void just you feel some kind of Silent reflection and also pray for that which you believe in. Note that to achieve this peace you have to forfeit the temptation to operate your mobile phone or device, that can distract you because you need to pay attention to things that matter, that would help you spiritually and emotionally.

I remember one time when I felt very anxious for no reason and I had exams that day, all I had to do was wake up early as usual because I love to read in the early hours of the morning, so that I can assimilate all that I have read before during this quiet time. Early mornings have been a sort of therapeutic moment for me to relax and not feel anxious. In the causs of doing this, I take in deep breaths like 6 to 7 and it helps me to relax especially with the fresh early morning air.

This is one of the many habits that have helped me to experience inner peace even when it feels cloudy and chaotic in the world.

Early morning silence. That is amazing, I guess I have to try it out myself. You are absolutely right @henrietta27, completely detaching yourself at some point is no doubt a very important tool towards archiving inner peace.
