Frustration is definitely unavoidable at times. Even more so with so many stressors out there right now. The key to dealing with this sometimes lies in breathing. Breathing deeply for five minutes helps. Of course, when you need to talk, you need to talk. Knowing that sometimes we won't do it the way we might want to and that's okay, we're not perfect 😄 🙈

A little thing, we notice that sometimes you post up to twice a day, as we see on your blog. While each author decides how often to post, some curation projects consider a daily post a good way to work. When we get a reputation for posting more frequently than that we run the risk of being accused of SPAM.

This is just a suggestion. You decide on your own content. But what we have learned, we are happy to share. Blessings 🤗

I think it's normal to breathe when we are frustrated, as this might help us in what to do next. At least breathing to calm yourself and know what's next is important.

Sometimes, I post once or twice on my blog and it's because I want to catch up with some challenges/contest on Hive. But I am glad you sharing this tip to me. Thanks so much 🤗
