Veo con dolor tantas cosas que se ven a nivel mundial, de un tiempo para acá por mi salud mental evito ver noticias, solo saber lo necesario, de nada me sirve verlas, nada puedo hacer por solucionar las calamidades y lo que hago es estresarme y entristecerme más.Muchas veces veo las cosas que pasan, a veces no tan lejos de uno, y la emoción que me embarga es de decepción, a veces pienso en qué se ha convertido el humano, en un depredador en potencia, los valores perdiéndose, las familias fracturadas, la educación también afectada, la salud deteriorada, cada día surgen más enfermedades, y a nivel psicológico hay más personas con trastornos mentales o desequilibrados, sobre todo la niñez y la juventud, ¿ qué estamos haciendo los adultos que nuestros pobres niños y jóvenes pagan las consecuencias perdiendo el control emocional?

Cada vez se pone más cuesta arriba la convivencia, nos cada quien quiere imponer sus opiniones y sus ideas, es difícil ponernos de acuerdo en algo, lograr coincidir, pero todo porque cuesta salir de sí mismo, y darnos cuenta que otros pueden tener mejores ideas de las cuales podemos unirnos a esos buenos proyectos.En nuestra familia y trabajo es donde podemos ver más la variedad personalidades, lo notamos porque son los dos lugares donde estamos la mayoría de las horas de nuestro día, no siempre podemos imponer nuestros criterios pero tampoco es fácil calarse personalidades o imposiciones de otros, todos debemos poner de nuestra parte por controlar nuestra humanidades, sacando lo mejor de nosotros y no lo peor, a veces toca acceder para lograr la armonía en la familia o en el trabajo, pero no siempre nos puede tocar a nosotros ceder, nos toca a todos los miembros o compañeros poner de nuestra parte para una mejor convivencia, eso sí, no debemos engancharnos en las discusiones, dificultades o problemas, no estancarnos, hay que dejar correr las agua caldeadas, con una actitud madura, aportando cosas buenas para las relaciones familiares, laborales y amistades.
