Difícil de cultivar y tan fácil de perder; eso es lo que dicen muchos al referirse a la paciencia, y es que la sociedad, las preocupaciones y responsabilidades te presionan a tal punto que en algunos momentos tiendes a perder la paciencia y estallar.
Pensando en que la paciencia es una cualidad que se cultiva y no que nace de la noche a la mañana, coloqué estas imágenes en mi publicación, ya que estas hermosas flores fueron el motivo de que meditara en esta virtud.
Cuando sembramos una planta no esperamos que floree o de frutos de un día para otro, sabemos que se requiere de tiempo y pequeños esfuerzos constantes. Incluso logramos ver la hermosura de sus colores si esperamos ese momento exacto de recompensa.
Difficult to cultivate and so easy to lose; that is what many say when referring to patience, and that is because society, worries and responsibilities pressure you to such an extent that in some moments you tend to lose patience and explode.
Thinking that patience is a quality that is cultivated and not born overnight, I placed these images in my publication, as these beautiful flowers were the reason for me to meditate on this virtue.
When we sow a plant we do not expect it to bloom or bear fruit from one day to the next, we know that it takes time and small constant efforts. We even get to see the beauty of its colors if we wait for that exact moment of reward.
Y esto me hizo pensar en la labor de los padres, que con cariño educan a sus hijos y deben esperar hasta que sea hagan un adulto para ver los grandes resultados de su trabajo, o incluso en los hijos, que deben esperar con paciencia a la adultez para entender ciertas enseñanzas.
En el trabajo también se requiere de mucha paciencia, en su mayoría sentimos que nuestro trabajo no es recompensado debidamente, sobre todo cuando estamos empezando quizás un nuevo emprendimiento. Si quisiéramos ver todos los resultados rápidos terminaríamos decepcionados y hasta desanimándonos, pero con paciencia y una buena actitud cosecharemos logros.
And this made me think about the work of parents, who lovingly educate their children and must wait until they become adults to see the great results of their work, or even children, who must wait patiently until adulthood to understand certain teachings.
At work also requires a lot of patience, most of us feel that our work is not properly rewarded, especially when we are starting perhaps a new venture. If we wanted to see all the results quickly we would end up disappointed and even discouraged, but with patience and a good attitude we will reap achievements.
Y pensando en esto, la paciencia se demuestra con una buena actitud, porque de nada sirve si esperamos con mala cara o siendo negativos, eso alejaría la paz y tranquilidad que hay en nosotros y en los que nos rodean.
Para todo debemos ser pacientes, aunque no sea fácil. A veces siento que nuestros esfuerzos no son valorados, hasta que los veo florecer como estas lindas flores, y no es hasta que pasa el tiempo que contemplo los buenos resultados.
Estas lindas plantas me las regalo la dueña del apartamento donde vivo, ellas tardan mucho en florecer, una de ellas incluso florea muy pocas veces al año. La anterior dueña no las vio florecer, pero yo si logré ver el esfuerzo y el cuidado detrás de esa pequeña flor, sin duda requirió paciencia. Finalmente, al verla en foto, ella se alegró mucho.
And thinking about this, patience is demonstrated with a good attitude, because it is useless if we wait with a bad face or being negative, that would take away the peace and tranquility that is in us and in those around us.
For everything we must be patient, even if it is not easy. Sometimes I feel that our efforts are not valued, until I see them bloom like these beautiful flowers, and it is not until time passes that I contemplate the good results.
These beautiful plants were given to me by the owner of the apartment where I live, they take a long time to bloom, one of them even blooms only a few times a year. The previous owner did not see them bloom, but I could see the effort and care behind that little flower, no doubt it required patience. Finally, seeing it in a photo, she was very happy.
Es curioso que ya había pensado en escribir sobre este tema cuando hoy mismo tuve que ponerlo en práctica. Resulta que debía ir al hospital a solo retirar un resultado y buscar una autorización, en mi mente solo tardaría unos 5 minutos, pero la espera en cada proceso se extendió a casi toda la mañana. Pensé que colapsaría porque los motivos de espera parecían ser injustos, pero pensé que no ganaría nada con perder la paciencia si al final saldría a la misma hora y encima de eso perjudicando al personal, así que un juego en el teléfono me ayudó a mantener la calma y esperar con mucha paciencia, al final todo salió bien y terminan agradeciendo tu paciencia.
Si pierdo la paciencia, ¿Qué gano?, ¿beneficio a otros o a mi mismo?, ¿qué impresión voy a dar?, ¿estoy siendo considerada?, estas son preguntas que suelo hacerme antes de estallar y en su mayoría concluyó que es preferible conservar la paz porque hay ciertas situaciones que no puedo controlar del todo.
It's funny that I had already thought about writing about this topic when I had to put it into practice just today. It turns out that I had to go to the hospital to just pick up a result and seek clearance, in my mind it would only take about 5 minutes, but the wait at each process stretched to almost the whole morning. I thought I would collapse because the reasons for waiting seemed to be unfair, but I thought I would gain nothing by losing my patience if in the end I would leave at the same time and on top of that hurting the staff, so a game on the phone helped me to keep calm and wait very patiently, in the end everything went well and they end up thanking you for your patience.
If I lose my patience, what do I gain, do I benefit others or myself, what impression will I give, am I being considerate, these are questions I usually ask myself before I blow up and mostly I concluded that it is preferable to keep my peace because there are certain situations that I cannot control at all.
I remember a friend saying that when faced with difficult situations, one has two options "A", "Adapt" or "Become bitter" and definitely losing patience leads you to become bitter affecting yourself. When I lose patience I usually can't control all actions and may end up saying thoughtless things that I later regret.
Reitero que tener paciencia no es nada fácil, pero cada vez que medito en las hermosas flores que adornaron mi casa recuerdo que si soy paciente puedo llegar a mostrar lo mejor de mí y ser agradable para otros.
Cuidar de una planta y meditar en ella me ha ayudado a ser más paciente y sobre todo a recordar que los grandes resultados vienen constantes esfuerzos pequeños.
I reiterate that having patience is not easy, but every time I meditate on the beautiful flowers that adorned my house I remember that if I am patient I can get to show the best of me and be nice to others.
Taking care of a plant and meditating on it has helped me to be more patient and above all to remember that great results come with constant small efforts.

Que hermosas fotos @mitag2398 Hiciste una muy buena comparación con esas bellas flores, sin duda cultivar la paciencia requiere tiempo y esfuerzo de nuestra parte, pero trae consigo solo cosas positivas, que bueno que tu hayas aprendido hacerlo, ya que es algo difícil.
