La solidaridad es una virtud que debemos poner en práctica en todo momento de nuestras vidas y es por ello que quiero compartir con todos ustedes está palabras del escritor y conferencista John Maxwell, que desde mi concepción son muy sabias:
"Nos ganamos la vida con lo que recibimos, pero hacemos la vida con lo que damos”.

Cómo humanos nos caracterizamos por preocuparnos continuamente por nuestras necesidades a tal punto que en diferentes oportunidades dejamos olvidadas las de terceras personas, que independientemente de que sean familiares, conocidos o no también suelen ser importante e imprescindibles.
Justamente allí entra en juego la solidaridad, que resulta ser un valor que está directamente relacionado con la empatía, ya que consiste en la capacidad que tiene una persona de ayudar a otra que lo necesite, sin esperar nada a cambio. En este sentido, resulta importante destacar que debemos tener prioridades en la vida, ley del mismo modo si en tus manos está la oportunidad de brindarle una mano amiga y apoyar a otra persona, te aseguro que serás bien recompensado.
Esto lo podemos corroborar con la siguiente cita bíblica de Gálatas 6:9:
"No nos cansemos de hacer el bien, porque a su debido tiempo cosecharemos si no nos damos por vencidos".
As humans we are characterized by continually worrying about our needs to the point that on different occasions we forget those of third parties, who regardless of whether they are relatives, acquaintances or not, are also usually important and essential.
It is precisely there that solidarity comes into play, which turns out to be a value that is directly related to empathy, since it consists of the ability of one person to help another in need, without expecting anything in return. In this sense, it is important to highlight that we must have priorities in life, law in the same way if in your hands is the opportunity to offer a helping hand and support another person, I assure you that you will be well rewarded.
We can corroborate this with the following biblical quote from Galatians 6:9:
" Let us not get tired of doing good, because in due time we will reap if we do not give up".
Recuerdo una oportunidad en el que estaba realizando un taller y en una de esas actividades organizaron una dinámica de esa rompe hielo, en la cual colocaron en un salón un aproximado de 30 globos, algunos identificados con los nombres de los participantes que éramos 13personas.
La dinámica consistía que en un tiempo determinado de 1 minuto debíamos ubicar el globo que tenía el nombre de cada uno, se podrán imaginar la situación que allí se propició y que al finalizar el tiempo estipulado solo 5 personas pudieron encontrar su globo, en un segundo intento volvimos a colocar los globos en el salón, pero en esta segunda ronda las indicaciones fueron modificadas y se nos pidió que en ese mismo tiempo tomaremos el primer globo que viéramos y dárselo al compañero que tuviese su nombre, en esta ocasión todos teníamos nuestros globos antes de qué finalizar el tiempo.
A qué quiero llegar con este relato, que siempre que nosotros trabajamos en equipo y por un interés en común, las cosas van a fluir de mejor manera que cuando queremos llevar las cargas nosotros solos, recuerden que dos cabezas piensan mejor que una y nuestras ideas se pueden complementar con las de otros.
Estamos en un mundo donde debemos interactuar con una gran diversidad de personalidades y del mismo modo debemos trabajar por un bien en común, de esta forma podrás disfrutar de una vida plácida y más amenas.
I remember an opportunity when I was conducting a workshop and in one of those activities they organized an icebreaker dynamic, in which approximately 30 balloons were placed in a room, some identified with the names of the participants who were 13 people.
The dynamic consisted that in a certain time of 1 minute we had to locate the balloon that had the name of each one, you can imagine the situation that was caused there and that at the end of the stipulated time only 5 people could find their balloon, in a second Attempt we put the balloons back in the room, but in this second round the instructions were modified and we were asked that at that same time we would take the first balloon we saw and give it to the partner who had his name, this time we all had our balloons before the end of time.
What do I want to get to with this story, that whenever we work as a team and for a common interest, things will flow better than when we want to carry the loads by ourselves, remember that two heads are better than one and our ideas They can be complemented with those of others.
We are in a world where we must interact with a great diversity of personalities and in the same way we must work for a common good, in this way you can enjoy a placid and more enjoyable life.
Una empresa no puede ser dirigida por una sola persona, necesita del trabajo en equipo responsable y comprometido para que pueda salir a flote, esto es un claro ejemplo de la solidaridad, imagínense que cada trabajador se preocupe solo por sus intereses y no los de la empresa en general ¿Cómo creen ustedes que será el funcionamiento de ella?
Particularmente pienso que se iría a la quiebra, ya que no podrían desarrollar de forma efectiva las actividades o funciones que le correspondan y solo por no contar con un personal solidario y comprometido por un bien en común.
Siendo un poco más específicos, les compartiré una experiencia reciente de la comunidad donde yo vivo actualmente, la cual se está viendo afectada por las lluvias, de hecho ya se esperaba simplemente que el río arremetiera contra nuestros hogares, porque habían anunciado una alerta roja y con ello el que se fuera desalojando los espacios más vulnerables.
Pero las autoridades a cargo en compañía con uno de los productores más grandes de la zona, se mantuvieron trabajando día y noche en conjunto con la finalidad de evitar que esas aguas llegarán a la población, ahora bien, imagínense que ellos se hubiesen quedado con el primero pronóstico de las inundaciones, la historia en estos momentos sería otra o peor aún si las autoridades competentes no recibieran el apoyo de este productor.
Sin duda alguna está es una muestra de lo que representa trabajar en equipo y ser solidario por un bien en común, dónde se dejó totalmente de lado los intereses propio, ya que cabe destacar que dicho productor cuenta con las máquinas necesarias para realizar los trabajos correspondiente y en vez de usarla para proteger sus tierras, que dicho sea el caso están como una laguna, las facilito por el bienestar del pueblo.
A company cannot be managed by a single person, it needs responsible and committed teamwork so that it can stay afloat, this is a clear example of solidarity, imagine that each worker cares only about their interests and not those of the company in general, how do you think it will function?
I particularly think that it would go bankrupt, since they would not be able to effectively carry out the activities or functions that correspond to them and only because they did not have a supportive and committed staff for a common good.
Being a little more specific, I will share with you a recent experience of the community where I currently live, which is being affected by the rains, in fact it was simply expected that the river would attack our homes, because they had announced a red alert and with it the one that was evicting the most vulnerable spaces.
But the authorities in charge, in company with one of the largest producers in the area, kept working day and night together in order to prevent these waters from reaching the population, now, imagine that they had kept the First forecast of the floods, the story at this time would be different or even worse if the competent authorities did not receive the support of this producer.
Without a doubt, this is a sample of what it means to work as a team and be supportive for a common good, where self-interest was totally left aside, since it should be noted that said producer has the necessary machines to carry out the corresponding work. and instead of using it to protect their lands, which, in any case, are like a lagoon, I facilitate them for the well-being of the people.
En estos momentos nosotros estamos viviendo cómo en una especie de isla, ya que estamos rodeados absolutamente de agua, pero a Dios gracias ante todo que ha metido su mano y no ha permitido que ellas llegan a la comunidad.
Yo tengo la firme certeza que no será hoy ni mañana, pero Dios le sabrá recompensar en gran manera ese acto de bondad y solidaridad que el productor está haciendo en la comunidad y que sus recompensas en un futuro serán multiplicadas en comparación a sus pérdidas actuales.
Finalmente me despido apreciados lectores, no sin antes invitarles a que pongan en práctica ese hermoso valor, como lo es la solidaridad, ya que eso nos ayuda a crecer y ser una mejor persona en esta sociedad y si tienes hijos, aprovecha de enseñarle con tu ejemplo este valor hacia las otras personas, esta opcion siempre va estar en tus manos, asi que depende solo de ti si la pones en practica o la mantienes reservada.

Esa actividad con los globos nos pareció superemocionante, y muestra muy bien los objetivos de trabajar en grupo.
Sabes que hemos seguido pendientes de tu situación en la comunidad. Hemos visto noticias, y nos preguntábamos cómo estarían ustedes con el consecuente paso de las lluvias, que ya había causado estragos en tu comunidad. Nos contenta saber de ésta actualización que nos traes hoy, y la labor social que están haciendo estas personas con el fin de proteger sus vidas principalmente, y luego sus pertenencias.🍃

Agradezco mucho sus atenciones en esta situacion problema de mi comunidad, valoro su preocupación, pero como les acabo de comentar aquí la misericordia de Dios a estado presente aquí en todo momento y aunado a ello el trabajo en equipo ha dejado sus frutos, ya que las aguas han sido contenidas con maquinarias y equipo pesado.
