Hello dear @carolynstahl, I am glad you like it, yes do try steaming a cake they actually really turn out moist and tender. So far from my experience, this latest apple cake is the yummiest cake, I enjoyed it so much. You know as I don't have an oven, I always envy baking cake in an oven lol... take care my dear, cheers, ainie
