Let's begin....
The family sat around the fire to keep themselves warm. Body heat wasn't going to work although it's been proven time over time by many scientist. The temperature up in the mountain was lower than what was forecasted. They had only bought what they could carry for the 7-days hike. However, with the sudden climate change, the journey was taking them longer than expected. It's only Day 5 when they should have reach the camp side by now.

Scott took out another pair of socks and wore them on his fingers to keep them from feeling the numbness. Rubbing his nose in between his hands, he daydreamed of his grandma's hot pot of ABC soup. She'll always have potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, onions and pork ribs in it. The perfect remedy to warm the body and soul for a weather such as this. Looking above the skies where the sun was setting, he saw a flock of white pigeons flying towards the top of the mountain. One particular pigeon caught his eye - it's feathers was silver and gold at the end. It seemed to be leader of the flock just as like his Dad - the leader of this hiking group.
