Lets go back a ways.
In 2007 when I was IN the VA Homeless Veterand Domicilliary in Dublin Ga, I had been out to smoke a cigarette, when I got up to come inside I felt dizzy, by the time I made it into the building and hit the elevator button, I was extremely dizzy and nauseated, I passed out when the elevator got up to my floor.
I spent 5 days in a hospital bed enduring all kinds of testing, but they never found anything.
In 2017 I had just taken my BP med, stood up to go to bed, that same clammy pouring sweat dizziness and nausea hit me. I went to my hands and knees and crawled to my bed.
That happened again in another apartment. Each time I told people about it they said
"Jerry you're having a heart attack, get to the hospital" I did that once, no sign of a heart attack.
SO--- Last night my relative and I were in my back yard just after dusk, I'd had a glass of wine cooler, we had shared a joint.
It hit me again. THIS time, I was not alone and it scared my family members to death.
I was almost insensate much of the time, lying on the deck just feet away from my bed, but they couldn't get me up.
Between the three of us (minimum help from me) I got to the floor next to my bed.
I told them to leave me there, and a couple of hours later I managed to get up an crawl into bed. If I had called out, they would have come to my aid, but I just wanted to get into my bed.
I slept 6:08 and have now been up for about 3 hrs. I still feel weird, but I'm really alright.
My vitals this morning were "patently normal", BP was better than usual.
So now what? If I share this info with the stemcell people, they will most likely postpone my treatments, which should start in just over 10 days

At least my veggie garden seems to be doing well.↑

That must be quite frightening! I don't know what you should do, or tell them. Sounds like severe reactions to substances, infrequent though. hm.
It is very frightening @owasco, but moreso for my relatives I think, since they knew nothing about these infrequent episodes.
I'm waiting for them to get up so I can thank, apologize and explain
That is, indeed, scary. I know because it has happened to me, too, maybe two or three times over the past ten years. Mine come like a menopausal hot flash with a dizzy/nauseous component, but pass within a minute or so and I feel okay again. It's happened so rarely and never was as serious as yours (i.e., making me faint or have to crawl), so I've never pursued it. The human body is a strange thing. Hope you don't have any more episodes! 💜
Thanks Ms @thekittygirl
Tough when something goes wrong yet no one can tell you what, keep tabs on it and hope smooth sailing without these untoward events hitting you down every so often.
Home, garden and cats are all looking healthy and happy.
Thanks @joanstewart ♥️
That sounds terrifying. It must be even more frustrating not having any clear answers after all these years. I can only imagine how scary it was for your family to witness it this time. Glad to hear your vitals were normal and that you're feeling a bit better.
Also, your garden looks amazing—total green thumb vibes!
As has been oft repeated, the aging process is not for the faint of heart. There are so many weird things that go wrong with us. Hope somebody comes up with a reasonable explanation for these episodes of yours.
Thank you @scribblingramma
