Oh ..no problems my wife and myself make the best satay chicken we sell them to the Thai restaurants here in my home town....no only kidding but we do make them ourselves 👍
And we do have a few Thai restaurants in our town that make some pretty good satay chicken.
Hahaha okay good to know, that's cool... do you normally eat it with the rice cubes like me? Just curious to know.
No rice with this one i just drown it with peanut sauce and then sprinkle some red onions that have been mixed in the lemon juice, white vinegar and few herbs.
