Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Deep Fried//(Fried Hake Fillet//step by step)

Welcome to my blog, this time @qurator proposes a challenge for this great Hive Top Chef recipe: Deep Fried!


I am fascinated by fish. I like to eat it fried, in stew, in sauce, in stews or roast. A fish that I love is the hake because it has a very soft flavor. Although I cook it in different ways, the way I love to cook it the most, because it is so simple and quick to fry.


The hake is a white fish with very little fat, it has less than 1%, very healthy, rich in proteins, vitamins of the group B and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium).


This recipe is a perfect dish for children to eat fish. In addition the preparation is very simple, light and juicy, ideal for lunch or low-fat and carbohydrate food without giving up the exquisite taste of the sea.




ℑ𝔫𝔤𝔯𝔢d𝔦𝔢𝔫𝔱𝔰:


  • 1/2 kilo of hake

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • The juice of two lemons

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Frying oil



𝔓𝔯𝔢𝔭𝔞𝔯𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫:


  • The first thing we'll do is bathe the steaks in the lemon juice. Then we will leave them to rest and season them with salt and pepper. We will let it marinate in the fridge for twenty minutes. Afterwards, we will pass it through wheat flour.



While we do this, we heat the oil in a frying pan. When it is hot we will put the hake in and once it is fried and golden on both sides, we will take it out on kitchen paper and serve it very hot.




Finally this fried hake can be served with rice, mashed potatoes or salads.
