While that's a death sentence for human labor, on Hive there is a lack of motivated experienced developers who want to build on the chain.
Agree with you 100% on this! As a matter of fact, yesterday, I had a long talk with another Hivian discussing the pros and cons of HIVE... I suppose HIVE isn't the only place where you have a huge gap (and lack of communication) between devs and the community... Many "ordinary" Hivians have great developing ideas, but they don't have the skills to develop them... That's the point where AI should help, and I agree with you that exactly that can be our "solution" for the current "block"!

Sometimes, using AI frustrates me. Many times it offers insights, answers and solutions that blow you away, and then, it comes that time when they hit a wall and can't solve a problem a kinder garden child would have not much trouble with. And besides that, it persists in pursuing paths that lead no where. They are also unable to switch to a different approach when they see one is not working. They keep trying to solve the problem at hand, diving deeper and deeper, when if they'd change the approach, as a human would, they would be more successful.
They are still limited, but supervised, they are great productivity boosts already.
As for Hive, yes, AI makes the inner workings of Hive accessible to far more people (while abstracting away the details they are not really interested in), and for those who already know them, it offers sometimes incredible productivity boosts.
