It’s not hard at all when we are in such a crappy place right now. I agree name is important but nobody’s claiming to have perfect name yet. It’s just the conversation to get people on board with at least admitting where things are. I know @geneeverett tried to get this conversation going in 2025 but I don’t think he got anywhere. Nobody wanted to listen. Hive is dead for all practical purposes. Devs & whales & DHF milkers can pretend it’s not but it is. We have bled active users for years and it’s just over and obviously so. I personally never liked the name Hive, it makes me think of like “Hive Mind” not a good name for a so called “decentralized” blog & social media platform. DHF is bleeding out value while overall we bleed users every year for 5 years. It’s all so tired hearing hive fest clips from 2025 of devs proclaiming things are great. It’s just pathetic. I say this as someone who loves this place.

I tried pushing it for a year. I gave up! I’m almost fully powered down and will not ride Hive to a penny which is exactly where it’s going. I’m just glad I saw it coming and sold most at .60 cents in January 2025. I got lucky selling 100K hive at $2.00 plus in 2022 also so I’m way ahead, nobody listens and it is what it is. I made sure I’m up big and I’m good.
