An effective implementation of Web3 is a huge game changer.

Your share reminded me of the 80s where I was involved in redefining a work order system. Our company was using a batch systems with lots of paper waste using IBM mainframe shared with the local University. Back then was time sharing of cpu time.

One occasion, we were in a board room of 30+ people representing various Power Plants throughout our province. Our VP of Production asked each individually if we should improve the system we have or upgrade to new technology. Most were reluctant to say what they believed, mostly because they were more focused on not biting the hand that fed them. In my case, I never considered losing anything. I knew the system inside out and simply said, Chuck, we can stop using the existing system and the saving for computer fees and paper would be a significant saving plus I would love to be part of something that is not so wasteful. Long story short, within a few days we entered the Digital VMS world and I got promoted into a technical leadership role. !LOL
