My library has a few 3D printers, and we only charge by the gram for filament used if people want to make something. We have made everything from fidget toys to replacement parts.

your library? do you work there?
and what country is it? so 3d-printing is very popular in your place yeah?
and it's very cool if you don't take money for printing itself and 3d-modelling (if we speak
e about replacement parts, then they should be modelled at first before printing, right?)
We don't offer modeling services. I am a draftsman by training, but that is way outside my library duties. Most people download files from Thingiverse because odds are if something needs to be replaced, someone else already had the same problem and shared the solution.
ahh yeah this site is popular
and actually there are many of them, it's really cool when people share their models, and others can use them
is it expensive to print anything in your place? do you count the price according to the weight?
