Aujourd'hui , après un weekend de 3 jours , ou nous n'avons au final pas fait grand choses a part monté des niveaux dans le MMORPG wakfu , nous nous sommes surtout reposé .
Dans WAKFU nous avons intégré une grosse guilde sur le serveur FR , en action depuis des année qui as tout les avantage de guilde au maximum , et ou beaucoup des membres ont un perso de chaque classe au niveaux maximum , bref on pensais tout connaitre ou presque du jeux , on en était loin , eux ont des membres qui joue en professionnelle avec, des compétition , des sponsor ect , on s'investira chez eux quand on aura réellement du temps libre , mais heureusement il recrute aussi des joueur peu actif ( sa leurs fait des points quand même sur leurs guildes ) .
Bref aujourd'hui , on recommence la routine du travaille comme chaque jour de la semaine , normalement c'est notre dernière semaine a faire les remplacement du matin , nous devrions avoir une perte d'heure , mais c'est pas grave nous compenserons les perte de salaire ailleurs .
Après tout de base il nous avez fait un CDI de 10H semaine , mais nous ne faisons que des avenant et on dépasse les 35H au final .
AH les avenant , le comment pouvoir dérégulé légalement les heures d'un employé sans rien risqué pénalement , une technique dégueulasse qui maintiens l'employé précaire , avec des revenue yo-yo du jours en lendemain , sans obligation d'embauche , et le jours ou il vous coupe les heures , du coup c'est l'employé qui en redemande pour ne pas ce retrouvé avec des revenue par mois proche du zéro ( parce que bien évidement quand vous faites plus de 30H par mois , pendant 3 mois , vous perdez les aides social RSA prime emploie APL et j'en passe pendant les 3 mois qui suivent , du coup si vous refaite que les 10H par semaine vous touchez moins que votre loyer )
Nous attendons avec impatience nos premier versement dû a notre handicap , et pensons sérieusement a ce moment arrêter de travaillé pour la société qui nous embauche actuellement .
Et de reprendre un travaille a quart temps ailleurs , comme nous l'avions dis les paysans autour de chez nous , pour qui nous avions déjà travaillé , serais prêt a nous reprendre même avec peu d'heures , pour s'occupé des animaux de base court ( ça va en choqué certain , mais l'abattage ne nous as pas vraiment dérangé , étant mangeur de viande , une poule passe de vivante a cuite prête a être dégusté en 10 min montre en main )
