¡Hola hola mis queridos amigos de Hive! Estamos en la época más linda del año y espero no ser la única que desde ahorita no esté planificando que va a hacerse para navidad jajaja. Yo soy de las que empieza a buscar desde ya diferentes tipos de combinaciones que podría hacerme para la noche navideña y que claro, sean sencillos de hacer ya que soy toda una principiante en esto de las bases, sombras y brochas por aquí y brochas por allá. Es por eso que estos días quiero traerles varias opciones de maquillajes sencillos que si yo he podido hacermelos, ustedes también. El día de hoy quise utilizar un color que nos va muy bien y todos y es la combinación de dorados y cafés que se ve hermoso.
Hello hello my dear friends of Hive! We are in the most beautiful time of the year and I hope I am not the only one who is not already planning what to do for Christmas hahaha. I'm one of those who starts to look for different types of combinations that I could do for Christmas night and that of course, are easy to do since I'm a beginner in this of foundations, shadows and brushes here and brushes there. That's why these days I want to bring you several options of simple makeup that if I have been able to do them, you can do them too. Today I wanted to use a color that suits us all very well and it is the combination of gold and brown that looks beautiful.
No necesitaremos mucho para este maquillaje, solo debemos tener.
- Una sombra café, dorada y un marrón clarito para transición (puedes usar un bronzer también)
- Glitter dorado
- Iluminador (o con tu misma sombra con brillo)
- Base
- Corrector (uno más clarito que el tono de tu piel para preparar el parpado sino el que usas normalmente funciona perfecto)
- Rímel (mascara para pestañas)
- Pestañas postizas (opcionales)
- Bronzer
- Rubor
- y dos brochitas para difuminar
- Toallitas desmaquillantes
We will not need much for this makeup, we just need to have.
- A brown, golden and a light brown shadow for transition (you can use a bronzer as well).
- Golden glitter
- Illuminator (or with your own glitter shadow)
- Foundation
- Concealer (one lighter than your skin tone to prepare the eyelid but the one you normally use will work just fine)
- Mascara (mascara for eyelashes)
- False eyelashes (optional)
- Bronzer
- Blusher
- and two blending brushes
- Make-up remover wipes
Para empezar con nuestro maquillaje, utilizaremos un corrector que sea más clarito que tu tono de piel para preparar todo nuestro parpado con la intención de que nuestras sombras pigmenten mucho más. Después de colocarnos el corrector deberíamos sellar todo con polvo suelto pero en lo personal me gusta dejarlo así y agregar las sombras directas, siento que se fijan mucho mas y no saturamos el parpado de polvos. Yo me apliqué el corrector con una brocha lengua de gato pequeña para aprovechar el producto pero de no tenerla podemos difuminar el corrector fácilmente con nuestro dedo anular suavemente.
Ustedes se preguntaran ¿Andrea, por qué empezaste por los ojos? La verdad que últimamente me ha gustado mucho más hacerlo así porque de esa manera luego de que terminemos nuestros ojos podremos limpiar todo el pigmento que haya caído sobre nuestra piel, además de que podremos crear esa linea marcada cuando terminemos el trabajo de las sombras, obteniendo así un maquillaje más limpio y bonito.
To start with our makeup, we will use a concealer that is lighter than your skin tone to prepare all our eyelid with the intention that our shadows pigment much more. After applying the concealer we should seal everything with loose powder but personally I like to leave it like that and add the shadows directly, I feel that they set much more and we don't saturate the eyelid with powder. I applied the concealer with a small cat tongue brush to take advantage of the product but if you don't have one you can easily blend the concealer with your ring finger.
You may be wondering Andrea, why did you start with the eyes? The truth is that lately I've been liking to do it this way because that way after we finish our eyes we can clean all the pigment that has fallen on our skin, plus we can create that marked line when we finish the work of the shadows, thus obtaining a cleaner and prettier makeup.
Ahora con un marrón clarito o hasta con nuestro propio bronzer marcaremos nuestra cuenca con una brocha para difuminar. Tratemos lo más posible de aplicar la sombra solo en la cuenca y y no en el parpado móvil con movimientos de lado a lado marcando como una V.
Now with a light brown or even with our own bronzer we will mark our eye socket with a blending brush. Try as much as possible to apply the shadow only in the socket and not on the mobile eyelid with movements from side to side like a V shape.
Ahora, con una sombra cafecito, la aplicaremos únicamente en la esquina exterior del parpado móvil hasta la mitad interna. No nos acerquemos al área del lagrimal ni sobrepasemos la mitad.
Now, with a brown shadow, apply it only on the outer corner of the eyelid up to the inner half of the eyelid. Do not go near the tear trough area and do not go beyond the middle.
Después de aplicar nuestra sombra café, volveremos a utilizar la brocha con la que nos colocamos la primera sombra y difuminaremos los bordes de color café y la extenderemos hacia afuera tratando de lograr un ojo más alargado. Luego con nuestra sombra doradita la aplicaremos en la parte interna de nuestro parpado que habíamos dejado libre y como en estas fechas me gusta mucho el glitter, también se lo agregue. Claro que sí ¿por qué no?
After applying our brown shadow, we will use again the brush with which we applied the first shadow and we will blend the brown edges and extend it outwards trying to achieve a more elongated eye. Then with our golden shadow we will apply it on the inner part of our eyelid that we had left free and as in these dates I like glitter a lot, I also added it. Of course, why not?
Ya con nuestro trabajo de sombras hecho, antes de comenzar con el rostro, verán por que me gusta iniciar por los ojos primero. Ya cuando tengamos todo como queríamos, procederemos a perfeccionar la linea de nuestras sombras y a limpiar todo lo que haya caído sobre nuestra piel.
Once we have our eyeshadow work done, before we start with the face, you will see why I like to start with the eyes first. Once we have everything the way we want it, we will proceed to perfect the line of our shadows and clean everything that has fallen on our skin.
Ahora prepararemos nuestra piel con nuestra rutina de skincare, luego para que el maquillaje nos dure un poco más podemos colocarnos un primer. Aplicaremos nuestra base y contorno y con nuestra esponjita húmeda a toquecitos esparciremos y difuminaremos todo.
Now we will prepare our skin with our skincare routine, then to make the makeup last a little longer we can apply a primer. We will apply our foundation and contour and with our damp sponge we will dab and blend everything.
Antes de sellar todo el rostro, otro de mis gustos personales es sellar primero con rubor y bronzer sus equivalentes en liquido y ya luego aplicar el polvo suelto por todo el rostro y de esta manera logramos un acabado más menos cargado.
Before sealing the entire face, another of my personal likes is to first seal with blush and bronzer and then apply the loose powder all over the face and in this way we achieve a less loaded finish.
Finalizamos nuestro maquillaje colocando un poco de la sombra café que utilizamos en la linea inferior de nuestro ojo, en los labios un color nude, iluminador si nos gusta en la punta de la nariz, lagrimal, pómulos y sobre los labios en el arco de cupido. Y si queremos darle un plus, también podemos colocarnos unas lindas pestañas postizas, claro que si.
(Casi muero con las pestañas, sean amables conmigo, soy principiante jajaja)
We finish our makeup by placing a bit of the brown shadow we used on the lower line of our eye, on the lips a nude color, illuminator if we like on the tip of the nose, tear trough, cheekbones and on the lips on the cupid's bow. And if we want to give it a plus, we can also put some nice false eyelashes, of course we can.
(I almost died with the eyelashes, be kind to me, I'm a beginner hahaha).
