La Niacinamida es un principio activo polivalente ya que sirve para tratar diferentes tipos de condiciones que se presentan en la piel.
Beneficios de la Niacinamida.
Es Seboreguladora, esto quiere decir que controla la secreción sebácea, ayuda en perfección a pieles con acné y a disminuir la apariencia del poro, ya que ayuda a mantener el poro limpio.
Refuerza la función barrera.
Hace que se sinteticen mas las ceramidas esto hace que la función barrera mejore alterada como por ejemplo la Rosácea; de cara a la Rosácea, también es importante recalcar que la niacinamida es antinflamatoria y ayuda a disminuir la inflamación y las Rojeces.
Efecto antioxidante
Hace que disminuya el efecto de algunos agentes externos como por ejemplo la contaminación a la radiación ultravioleta en la piel, es decir, que tiene un efecto antioxidante.
Acción antienvejecimiento
Induce la formación de colágeno en la dermis, ayudando así a mantener la piel mas joven.
Despigmentante
Inhibe la transferencia de melanocitos que son células de la piel que son las que producen el pigmento a los queratinocitos y de esta forma reduce manchas y melasma.
Caracteristicas
Esta concentracion al 10 % es mucho mayor la que contienen la mayoría de los cosméticos que contienen niacinamida, la concentración que estos contienen suelen ser de 2% y un 5 %. Es decir la mitad de este Serum de The Ordinary.
¿Esto podría hacer que se tolere peor?
La niacinamida se tolera muy bien ya que este serum cumple con el PH correcto que es entre 5 y 7.
¿Cómo se utiliza?
La marca lo recomienda utilizar en la rutina de mañana y en la rutina de noche, también usarla en la época de verano en las mañanas y en la noche usar retinoides.
Yo la utilizo por la mañana y por la noche y luego mi crema hidratante.
