Step by step
Step #1.
With a brush or sponge we will paint the face in light white giving paleness to our character.
Con un pincel o esponja pintaremos el rostro de blanco claro dando le palidez a nuestro personaje.
Step #2.
Now with a thin brush and black paint we will paint the eyebrows in a brushstroke way.
Ahora con un pincel fino y pintura negra pintaremos la cejas de forma pinceladas.
Step #3.
Then with black paint and a wet brush we will shade the eyes and then with a fine brush we will paint the expressions of the nose and the forehead.
Luego con pintura negra y un pincel mojado un poco sombreamos los ojos y luego con pincel fino pintaremos la expresiónes de la nariz y la frente.
Step #4
Now we shade the cheeks and paint the mouth in black color and with red paint we'll paint torsid lines under the eyes like veins.
Ahora sombreamos los cachetes y pintamos la boca de color negro y con pintura roja pintaremos líneas torsidas debajo de los ojos como venas.

Now we will paint the fangs on the lips and paint with red the blood effect.
Ahora pintaremos los colmillos en los labios y pintar con rojo el efecto de sangre.
