¿Soy una compradora compulsiva? Sí ¿Me importa? Pues no jaajaja ¿Tengo experiencia? Sí, el conocimiento es poder. Creo que tengo un año aproximadamente comprando cosas, principalmente maquillaje, de forma muy frecuenta y de de diferentes maneras también. He comprado en un montón de tiendas y tengo ya mis favoritas donde siempre busco que quiero comprar, aunque de ves en cuando pruebo otras tiendas para ver si pueden entrar a mi lista de favoritas y expandir mi repertorio jajajaja. Aquí les comparto una comparativa entre ir a comprar en una tienda y hace runa compra online.
Am I a compulsive shopper? Yes Do I care? No hahaha Do I have experience? Yes, knowledge is power. I think I have a year or so of buying things, mainly makeup, very frequently and in different ways as well. I have bought in a lot of stores and I have my favorites where I always look for what I want to buy, although from time to time I try other stores to see if they can enter my list of favorites and expand my repertoire hahahaha. Here I share with you a comparison between shopping in a store and shopping online.
Compras en Tienda
Si eres una persona como yo que conoce mucho de productos entonces no tienes problemas en ir a una tienda sin necesidad que te atienda una vendedora que, lo mas seguro es, no sepa ni la mitad de lo que hacen los productos que están vendiendo. Para una persona promedio esto es un problema, ya que los vendedores no te explican mucho, no saben que ofrecerte para lo que estas buscando y ese es el problema. Sin embargo, ir a una tienda significa ver con tus propios ojos los productos que estas buscando y eso es el mayor punto positivo. Podemos ver todo en vivo y en directo, también observar una variedad más grande de productos y muchas cosas que tal vez no estábamos pensando comprar pero podemos evaluar la situación.
In-Store Shopping
If you are a person like me who knows a lot about products then you have no problem going to a store without being attended by a salesperson who, most likely, doesn't know half of what the products they are selling do. For the average person this is a problem, because salespeople don't explain much, they don't know what to offer you for what you are looking for and that's the problem. However, going to a store means seeing with your own eyes the products you are looking for and that is the biggest plus point. We can see everything live and direct, we can also see a larger variety of products and many things that maybe we were not thinking of buying but we can evaluate the situation.
Compras Online
Si bien no todas las CEO de las tiendas online (Cuando hablo de CEO hablo de tiendas online más serias) saben muchísimo de productos, la gran mayoría se dedica a estudiarlos para ofrecer un mejor contenido y una mejor experiencia de usuario. Muchas de las que he conocido ofrecen soluciones y guían a los compradores a que adquieran el producto correcto en el rango de precios que el cliente tiene. La mayor desventaja es escoger un tono ideal de algún producto, en las tiendas físicas se reduce el porcentaje de equivocarse, es cuestión de analizar muy bien este aspecto cuando estamos comprando de manera Online, hasta yo me he equivocado haciendo esto y eso que tengo mucha experiencia.

While not all CEOs of online stores (when I talk about CEOs I'm talking about more serious online stores) know a lot about products, the vast majority are dedicated to studying them to offer better content and a better user experience. Many of the ones I have met offer solutions and guide buyers to purchase the right product in the price range that the customer has. The biggest disadvantage is to choose an ideal shade of a product, in physical stores the percentage of making a mistake is reduced, it is a matter of analyzing this aspect very well when we are buying online, even I have made a mistake doing this and I have a lot of experience.
¿Cuál es Mejor? Pues, depende de nuestros gustos. Amo pedir de manera online ya que conozco las tiendas y cuando hacen delivery me da la opción de quedarme mucho más tiempo en mi casa sin exponerme a la calle (Lo cual en tiempos de Covid se agradece mucho). Como también amo ir a las tiendas de maquillaje (Principalmente Farmatodo y en algunas veces ir a CC HiperGalerias) porque veo muchas más cosas y me antojo de productos que no pensaba comprar, también busco mi tono ideal y no tengo muchos problemas.
