Ha sido una semana de cambios en el #MakeupChallenge y la verdad estoy muy contenta por ello, se vienen cosas buenas y positivas para nuestra comunidad Makeup Power. La ecología es el tema de esta semana y es bastante interesante. Aunque sabemos que cubre muchos temas, uno de los principales es la preservación de nuestro medio ambiente, ya que se ve cada vez más afectado por nuestras acciones, a menudo por ignorancia y a veces simplemente por egoísmo.
Es responsabilidad de todos cuidar el planeta, la tierra nos proporciona todo lo que necesitamos para existir, por lo que debemos darle el respeto y el cuidado que merece. Hacer un mal uso o abuso de los recursos naturales es ponerlos en peligro y agotarlos, como en el caso de los bosques que están desapareciendo, los animales y los peces por el abuso de la explotación, la caza y la pesca. En el caso de la basura, cada vez hay más espacios que la gente utiliza para tirar la basura o dejarla allí hasta que el camión de basura se la lleva y así se contaminan el agua y el aire.
Ahora les contaré cómo hice este maquillaje, lo primero que me vino a la mente fue un entorno natural y la relación con los seres vivos, imaginé un árbol, el cielo, el agua, los animales y la parte humana lo reflejé como reciclaje porque es el mensaje que queremos llevar.
It has been a week of changes in the #MakeupChallenge and I am really happy about it, good and positive things are coming for our Makeup Power community. Ecology is the theme of this week and it is quite interesting. While we know this covers many issues but one of the main ones is the preservation of our environment as it is being increasingly affected by our actions, often through ignorance and sometimes simply because of selfishness.
It is everyone's responsibility to take care of the planet, the earth provides us with everything we need to exist, so we must give it the respect and care it deserves. To misuse or abuse natural resources is to endanger and deplete them, as in the case of forests that are disappearing, animals and fish by the abuse of exploitation, hunting and fishing. In the case of garbage, there are more and more spaces that people use to throw away the garbage or leave it there until the garbage truck takes it away and thus the water and air are contaminated.
Now I will tell you how I made this makeup, the first thing that came to my mind was a natural environment and the relationship with living beings, I imagined a tree, the sky, water, animals and the human part I reflected it as recycling because it is the message we want to carry.
Tomé un pincel de punta cuadrada con pintura marrón oscuro e hice la forma de un árbol. Utilicé este color para dar sombra, luego con el mismo pincel y pintura blanca hice lo que sería la parte iluminada del árbol.
I took a square-tip brush with dark brown paint and made the shape of a tree. I used this color to give shade, then with the same brush and white paint I made what would be the illuminated part of the tree.
Con el mismo pincel añadí el color verde para hacer las hojas del árbol. Con un pequeño pincel dibujé el tronco y las ramas en este traté de detallarlo lo más posible porque es lo que realmente le da forma de árbol. Lo siguiente fue pintar la zona de los ojos de azul. Dibujé algunas montañas con un pincel de punta ovalada. Con el azul y el blanco dibujé el agua que salía en medio de las montañas. En las flores utilicé un pincel de punta fina para hacer algunas líneas en verde y blanco, luego dibujé algunos puntos rosados para crear las flores.
With the same brush I added the color green to make the leaves of the tree. With a small brush I drew the trunk and the branches in this I tried to detail it as much as I could because it is what really gives it a tree shape. The next thing was to paint the area of the eyes in blue. I drew some mountains with an oval tip brush. With blue and white I drew the water coming out in the middle of the mountains. In the flowers I used a fine tip brush to make some lines in green and white, then I drew some pink points to create the flowers.
Añadí marrón claro en el espacio que había dejado sin pintar y sobre el verde con blanco. Con el pincel hice las nubes en el cielo y en las montañas. También intenté dibujar un conejo pero no se veía muy bien y algunos cisnes en el agua. Una vez terminados los detalles de la cara, comencé a dibujar el fondo en la zona del cuello donde dibujaría el símbolo de reciclaje y en la zona del pecho dibujé los botes de reciclaje. Y ese fue el final del trabajo.
I added light brown in the space I had left unpainted and over the green with white. With the brush I made the clouds in the sky and in the mountains. I also tried to draw a rabbit but it didn't look very good and some swans in the water. Once I finished the details of the face, I started to draw the background in the neck area where I would draw the recycling symbol and in the chest area I drew the recycling cans. And that was the end of the work.
¿Cómo podemos ser parte de la solución y no del problema?
Evitar el malgasto de agua, gas y electricidad, algo que estamos sufriendo mucho aquí en Venezuela es con respecto a esos recursos que están siendo abusados y mal administrados. No voy a profundizar en esto porque hay muchos factores que influyen tanto el gobierno, como lo social y moral, pero es para que vean que no estamos muy lejos de realidad. Mi mensaje es que no veamos a otras personas, empecemos el cambio en nosotros mismos cambiando hábitos y seamos el ejemplo para que llevemos el mensaje. No dejemos un planeta mejor para nuestros hijos o las generaciones futuras, dejemos mejores hijos para nuestro planeta.
How can we be part of the solution and not part of the problem?
Simple, changing small habits can have a great influence on the care of the environment and responsible consumption begins with respecting resources such as making a list to buy only what is needed, checking labels, choosing less packaging, doing a seasonal cleaning to remove things we no longer use and donating them, using the internal parts of appliances for spare parts are actions that can help remedy the damage to our planet. Avoiding the waste of water, gas and electricity, something that we are suffering a lot here in Venezuela is with respect to those resources that are being abused and mismanaged. I am not going to go into this in depth because there are many factors that influence both the government and the social and moral aspects, but it is so that you can see that we are not very far from reality.
My message is that we don't see other people, let's start the change in ourselves by changing habits and be the example so that we will carry the message. Let's not leave a better planet for our children or future generations, let's leave better children for our planet.
