Esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad y hoy les brindo un tema interesante para nosotras, que involucra el cuidado del cabello, porque tener un cabello sano y brillante es el sueño de toda mujer. A raíz de las quimioterapias mi cabello se debilitó, ahora tengo poco, es frágil, muy seco y sin brillo, eso debido a que todavía tomo pastillas de terapia hormonal llamadas Anastrozol,tratando de buscar aplicarme mascarillas naturales para darle a mi cabello una hidratación y un brillo natural, encontré esta de maizina con aceite de coco, que además de ser fácil de preparar, los resultados son sorprendente, así que me lo aplica cada dos meses.

Mascarilla de Maizina con aceite de coco || Corn mask with coconut oil
La maizina además de sus múltiples usos en la cocina, también se viene utilizando como un maravilloso cosmético natural para la piel y el cabello, ya que para este, tiene las propiedades de hidratarlo y ayuda a fortalecerlo, haciéndolo más suave y brillante. Ideal para controlar fácilmente cuando tiene mucho frizz y el cabello enredado.
In addition to its uses in the kitchen, cornstarch is also being used as a wonderful natural cosmetic for the skin and hair, since it has the properties of moisturizing and helping to strengthen it, making it softer and shinier. Ideal to easily control frizzy and tangled hair.
Ingredientes:
- 01 cucharada de maizina
- 1 taza de agua
- 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco
- 2 cucharadas de acondicionador

Preparación || Preparation
- En una olla colocamos el agua y la maizina, la revolvemos y la colocamos en la cocina a fuego lento sin dejar de remover para que no se formen grumos y quede con una consistencia cremosa.

- Ya lista la mezcla la pasamos a un envase y dejamos que se enfríe, luego añadimos el aceite de coco y las dos cucharadas de acondicionador e integramos con una cuchara. El acondicionador ayuda a conseguir una mascarilla aún más nutritiva.

- Ya lista La mascarilla, procedemos a aplicarla en el cabello, Debemos aplicarla de manera uniforme, primeramente comparto el pelo en cuatro partes, uso guantes y una brocha de pintar cabello y voy aplicando capa por capas.

Ya aplicada la mezcla, me coloco un gorro de baño y la dejo actuar por un periodo de tiempo de 30 minutos.
