Agreed. As they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
Not sure what that last phrase you used means e.g. "expected tenancy regime".
That lemonade statement has really stood the test of time, to those who apply the principle behind it.
About the last phrase, I have this mentality that every problem has an expiry date as if it were a tenant whose tenancy will expire someday.
I have to laugh to keep from crying is one I've used a few times when looked at strangely for laughing at something one normally wouldn't.
